Onboarding Service

What’s included:

• One-hour meeting with you and your assistant.  This is a brief overview of the tasks you are needing them to complete.  It is also to discuss how they will access your systems.
• After that initial consultation, I will put together an outline of what things the assistant and I need to cover.
• Then, based on your package (see pricing below), I will meet with your assistant for that allotted amount of time.  The hours will be added to the assistants time-card as well.  It is up to you on how long the onboarding process will be.  We can cover it in a week or up to a month.
• During the hours I spend with the assistant, I will walk through every task and project you are wanting to delegate.  We will do the first few projects and tasks together.  I will ask any clarifying questions to you, myself (via email or text).
• After the onboarding process is complete, if you would like me to continue to check in with the assistant, we can proceed with “Ongoing Coaching” (see pricing and scheduling below).

Ongoing Coaching

Ongoing coaching sessions are used as a punch card. Use them when and how you want. Some business owners use multiple sessions up front as everyone is getting their feet steady. Some business owners use them on a scheduled consistent basis over a longer period of time. 

The sessions can be used for check-in purposes, training on a new system or software, or an extra set of eyes on a big project.  These sessions can also include both the business owner and assistant together.  Each session will be scheduled for one hour’s time.
