How we got started

As a former Elementary, and then Preschool teacher, I know what it is like to wear multiple hats all day, everyday, and have to juggle a ton of different tasks and demands all at the same time.

In September of 2022, I became a Remote Assistant for an Author/Executive Coach and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. I have since added a Gym Owner to my collection of business owners.

Fast-forward to the middle of 2023. I am LOVING this new position I am in, and I am telling anyone and everyone that will listen. I also started meeting with business owners who were looking for assistants and started helping them.

Mills & Mae Services LLC now coaches and connects Remote Assistants all across the United States with amazing, hard-working business owners who need to spend more time working ON their business rather than IN their business.

About Me

I am a Colorado Native who married my high school sweetheart, who is also a Colorado Native! My hubby is a Paramedic Lieutenant for Grand County EMS. He also doubles as a Mechanic from the massive shop in our backyard.

We have two kiddos who are the namesake of the business. Both our oldest son and our second born daughter love being outside and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.

On days off, you will find our family relaxing in our backyard while the kids swing. Or, you may find us grabbing brunch at one of the many highly-rated spots in town. You may find us at a fun park or up a trail somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. We are also always down for a board game night or watching the newest romcom.

With our kids’ middle names being the central part of this company, I am excited to get to know you and to see how we can create space for you to also enjoy precious family time (whether you are an assistant or a business owner).
