VA Office Hours Membership Terms

These terms apply to the VA Office Hours with Brianne membership offered by Mills and Mae Services LLC.

Membership and Billing

  • Membership is $17 per month, billed automatically to the payment method on file.
  • Founding members who join in November or December 2026 receive free access through December 31, 2026. Billing begins in January 2027.
  • Founding members keep the $17/month rate as long as their membership remains active.
  • Membership renews monthly until canceled.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime through your member portal or by emailing brianne@millsandmae.com.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month. You’ll keep access through that date.
  • If you cancel and rejoin later, current membership pricing will apply.

Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable, including partial months and missed sessions.
  • If you’re charged in error, contact brianne@millsandmae.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Confidentiality

  • To protect everyone’s clients and businesses, please don’t share client names or private client details. Speak in general terms.
  • What’s shared in sessions stays in sessions. Don’t record, screenshot, or share other members’ information or questions outside the group.

Recording

Sessions may be recorded for member-only replays. By attending, you consent to being recorded. You may turn off your camera or rename yourself if you prefer. Replays are never shared publicly.

Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful, supportive, and professional.
  • No selling or soliciting other members during sessions.
  • Mills and Mae Services may remove any member who doesn’t follow these guidelines. A member removed for this reason will not be charged for future months.

Sessions provide general business guidance and community support. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Results depend on each member’s own business and efforts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified by email of any changes that affect billing.
